Last Monday we had a day off due to bank holiday here In Ireland. This long weekend was special not only because of that. I was moving to a different house. Previous accommodation was good. Warm house with crazy fast internet connection. New Place is a large villa on the top of the hill more or less in the same town. I took my time when I was moving my belongings. I had an idea that I'll move half of my stuff one day which was Saturday and stay overnight in the old house and next stay I'll take rest of the boxes and that stay in my new house. It was cool idea. Move didn't feel rushed and I was moving slowly and gradually. I could have a things done, had some rest and finally on Monday I went to nearby race circuit- Mondello International. Ireland's only serious track. I know many would say that there are other great tracks in Ireland but this is the best and only international on the island. I saw on FB that BMW Show and Shine meeting is organized that day on the top of a track day when owners of private cars can go on track. Day is divided into two sessions. I had a chance to attend morning session with my camera hoping for some good shots and wasn't disappointed. Huge variety of cars and motorbike engine powered vehicles. I was walking between different places looking for some good spots. Task for the day was to take photos of a moving car where background is blurred is certain way. Shutter speed was 1/80 sec and I was following while it was passing me by. It's a useful technique to show how fast car travels along the track. It takes a bit of time to adjust speed of panning and the right shutter speed but effect in my opinion is worth trying.
